Every year a large number of youngsters choose Civil Engineering as a career option but due to lack in exposure to knowledge in practical & industry requirement trends, they face difficulties to start a career in their respective fields. This results in a misnomer in lack of job openings in the market and results in insecurity to their future. On the other hand, there remains a lack of skilled engineers in the industry resulting in number of vacancies in the market.
